ChicVoyage announces it’s first tour— the Araxi Longtable Vancouver-Whistler Experience

ChicVoyage is pleased to announce our first tour, the Araxi Longtable Vancouver-Whistler Experience, featuring a round trip floatplane flight to beautiful Whistler, B.C. followed by an impressive four-course outdoor dinner by internationally-acclaimed Araxi restaurant. Named “best restaurant in Canada” by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Araxi has paired up with Pemberton Valley’s North Arm organic farm to craft a unique farm-to-table dining experience. Seasonal, local ingredients will be hand-selected by Araxi chef Jeff Walt to showcase the best B.C. has to offer. Plates such as “cherry wood hot smoked Barkley Sound sockeye salmon” or the “North Arm strawberry ice cream bar” dipped in dark chocolate finished with a chocolate crust and paired with an Agassiz hazelnut financier and blushing Okanagan apricots are reason enough to join the ChicVoyage tour.

For wine enthusiasts, award-winning Mission Hill wines will be expertly paired with each course by Araxi’s wine director Samantha Rahn. There’s more, up and coming sister wineries: Le Vieux Pin and La Stella¬†of Oliver and¬†Osoyoos, B.C. respectively and Pemberton Distillery’s World Spirit Award-winning, hand-crafted, organic vodka and gin will also be available to whet your whistle.
